The 1939 Code said, "gross income includes income, gains & profits derived from salaries, wages & compensation for services..."
According to many researchers, what was taxable were gains & profits DERIVED from salaries & wages (i.e. what the employer derived, not what the worker made.) Salaries & wages were one of the costs of operating a business.
Income is the profit & gain derived from capital, labor or both. The words "salaries" & "wages" were deleted from the definition of gross income after WORLD WAR II. WHY?

On June 2nd, 2000, Jason Ferman, (National Director of the National Economic Council), told Mr. Schultz the following: "The legality of the income tax is not a high priority item at the White House & we will not be participating in any conference on the subject."
Schultz gave the Commissioner of the IRS (Charles Rossotti), a list of people that he wished to meet in PUBLIC FORUM at the NATIONAL PRESS CLUB on September 18th. On April 5th of this year, the SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE did not even allow "WE THE POEPLE FOUNDATION" to testify; rather, Senator Grassly offered his opinion of people who question the validity of the income tax as being "...tax cheats, schemers, scammers & cons. they must be kept off the Internet, & will be dealt with harshly!"
On May 2nd of this year, one of the homes & businesses of one of the employers who has decided that he did not have to take income tax out of his employees salaries, was raided by scores of governmental agents AT GUNPOINT!!! To date, (June 12th) these same agents have not provided a list of charges and THE JUDGE ALLOWED IT!!!
THE THESIS OF "WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION" IS SIMPLE & WELL RESEARCHED: Since 1913, the three branches of government have deprived the people of a large % of their fruits of labor which is ~~PROHIBITED BY THE LAWS OF THE CONSTITUTION & THE REGULATIONS to deprive these same people DO NOT EXIST UNDER IRS CODE!?!....THESE CODES & REGULATIONS WERE WRITTEN IN A DECEPTIVE WAY to give the citizens the "impression" that they are required to pay. JUST A SKETCH: George Hansen, in the late 70s was finding out disturbing information about the IRS so he posted a work called, "TO HARASS OUR PEOPLE" which led to the shaping of the "TAXPAYERS BILL OF RIGHTS"....He was subsequently wrongly jailed for four years and even after he was "cleared" ~ it took the judge five months to let him go....But this is only the beginning of his OWN harassment:
According to the above sources and even in George's own words, he was subjected to a policy known as "SELECT & NEGLECT"....Another way of saying this is ~ he was given "DIESEL THERAPY". (Without the efforts of Mr. Hansen, the IRS would already have been the equivalent of THE GESTAPO, ~ SO IN THE SPIRIT OF "NO GOOD TURN GOES UNPUNISHED" for his efforts of trying to protect the 'little man" [[you & me]], he was ruthlessly targeted for revenge by the scoundrels who have had a handle on power & corruption.)~~WITNESS:
WHAT IS 'DIESEL THERAPY?': SIMPLY, IT IS A SYTEM THAT HAS BEEN SET UP BY THE GOONS WHO RUN THE "GULAG" IN AMERICA ~ "SOME" OF THE U.S.MARSHALLS WHO USE TRAINS, BUSSES & AIRPLANES TO "DETAIN VERY DISTRESSFULLY THE INTENDED VICTIM (george!)....This detainment happens between prisons so that the victim can be handcuffed & shackled for up to 20 hours a day ~ in the most EXCRUCIATING PAIN imaginable!!!
This 'straight-jacket' of diabolical design actually cuts the circulation & damages the nerves, especially when it happens day after day on end in a sufficating atmosphere to boot....Mr. Hansen actually found it better to "fast" rather than be subjected to ~ not even being able to relieve himself ~ since the marshalls were reluctant to "undo the shackles" (HOW SWEET!!!) The prison shoes were so tight (just like everything else) that his feet would swell and his toes would become infected & eventually DEFORMED to the extent that Mr. Hansen had to eventually pull out his toe nails!!!
Artritis & bursitis were other crippling "fruits" of these shackles. Things got so bad, that these "DISSIDENTS" (LIKE GEORGE) were sent on 'hazardous duty' that included working around hazardous waste material that would be absorbed by the bones of the victim to the extent that it decomposed the teeth to "mush!"
Needless to say, that after four years of this brutality, George lost most of his teeth, not to mention the staggering toll these shackles & handcuffs took on his whole body, scared both inside & out...while his wife was left to fend for herself so she could barely even afford an apartment to live, without the help of her family ~ UNTIL FINALLY HER HUSBAND WAS RELEASED.
Today, George & his wife live in Pocatello, Idaho, after George's Federal pension was finally restored because the AUTHORITIES RECOGNIZED - FINALLY - THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE!

I have spent most of my last monies (over the last 7 years) defending myself against the MISAPPLICATION of law by THE IRS...I paid one PATRIOTIC GROUP (in real federal reserve notes) to "defend me" by writing long legal-like letters to not one, but several IRS agencies, quoting the law as well as their own manual (and UPDATED manuals) as to why I AM NOT liable to pay the income tax.
